About Mary S. Head, DMD, PSC
Dr. Head is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio where she received a Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1974, graduating with summa cum laude distinction. She then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry graduating first in her class in 1978. In September of that year, Dr. Head opened her dental practice and, additionally, began teaching as a part-time faculty member at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. She continued to teach at the dental school for 12 years until the demands of private practice and a growing young family required her to make the difficult decision to resign as a part-time faculty member.
Dr. Head continues to enjoy her dental practice, devoting much time to continuing education in order to provide her patients with up-to-date techniques, cutting edge technology and over 30 years of experience. She is a member of:
